Jennifer Lopez stepped out in the Hamptons with one of her twins and some pals after spending the Fourth of July apart from her husband, Ben Affleck.
While Affleck celebrated Independence Day last Thursday with two of his three kids in Los Angeles, Lopez enjoyed some time in New York City, where paparazzi spotted her shopping for rose bushes with her manager, Benny Medina.
Photographers caught the multi-hyphenate doing some more retail therapy Saturday with her 16-year-old child, Emme, whom she shares with her ex-husband Marc Anthony, and a group of friends.
For the casual outing, Lopez, 54, sported a pink floral peasant-style maxi dress, which she accessorized with tan platform espadrilles, a matching handbag, brown sunglasses, dainty necklaces, gold hoop earrings and, most notably, her wedding ring.
She wore her caramel locks in a half-up, half-down style, and she kept her makeup to a minimum.
Emme, meanwhile, opted for a baggy flannel over a loose brown T-shirt, long patterned shorts, black high-top Converse sneakers and a chartreuse crossbody bag.
The duo eventually got into a small orange SUV with no windows and drove off.
Lopez was also seen on a bike ride with her vocal coach, Stevie Mackey, over the holiday weekend.
Amid an avalanche of reports that her marriage is in trouble, the singer posted a clip of her 2021 music video for “Cambia el Paso” on Instagram Sunday in honor of the song’s anniversary.
In the breakup anthem, Lopez sings in Spanish, “Her life is better now without him … She doesn’t need anyone to be well / She does not fail, she does not fail.”
“He doesn’t deserve to have her in his arms,” she sings in another part of the empowering track.
An insider told People Monday that J.Lo “seems fine.”
Last week, a source told Page Six exclusively that the actress’s marriage to Affleck, 51, has been “over for months,” even though the two still put on a united front in public and wear their wedding rings sporadically.
We’re told the pair have been separated since March but that the actor is “very protective of Jennifer.”
Speculation of trouble in paradise began in early May after Affleck was not by his wife’s side at the Met Gala, which she co-chaired this year.
He also did not accompany her on her press tour for her Netflix movie, “Atlas.” And when a reporter asked about the breakup rumors, Lopez replied disapprovingly, “You know better than that.”
But she added fuel to the fire when she was caught “liking” an Instagram post about unhealthy relationships before canceling her greatest hits tour “to be with her children, family and close friends.”
“Please know that I wouldn’t do this if I didn’t feel that it was absolutely necessary,” she told her fans in late May.
Around the same time, a source told Page Six exclusively that Affleck had “come to his senses” about his two-year “fever dream” marriage.
“If there was a way to divorce on grounds of temporary insanity, he would,” our source insisted.
