Jennifer Garner is a doting daughter.
The actress was photographed sweetly assisting her elderly mother, Patricia Ann Garner, while walking to a building in Los Angeles on Thursday.
Jennifer wore an all-black outfit while escorting Patricia with their arms linked.
The former teacher, for her part, looked cozy in black sweatpants and a gray sweater.
The duo were seemingly meeting up with the “Alias” star’s ex-husband Ben Affleck and their son, Samuel, as the actor was seen entering the same building with the 11-year-old earlier that day.
The preteen pulled a rolling backpack and held a water bottle.
Affleck, meanwhile, carried his signature drink: an iced coffee from Dunkin’.
The Oscar winner and Jennifer, both 51, frequently come together to co-parent Samuel and his older siblings, Violet, 17, and Seraphina, 14.
Most recently, the former couple linked up at one of their youngest child’s sporting events in Santa Monica, Calif.
Since the duo finalized their divorce in 2018, Affleck has moved on with Jennifer Lopez, to whom he was previously engaged from 2002 to 2004.
The “Gigli” co-stars wed last year, and the “Let’s Get Loud” singer has reportedly helped push Affleck and his ex-wife’s co-parenting dynamic to a “better” place.

“The drama of the past and the emotions of divorce are long gone and they are all making it work,” a source told the Daily Mail last month. “It is really a very happy co-parenting situation.”
The “13 Going on 30” star told “Access Hollywood” on Monday that she avoids working mom “guilt” and “panic” while raising her and Affleck’s kids by “lean[ing] into wherever she is.”
Jennifer makes room to give back to others as well, even being caught on camera in September attempting to gift her too-small shoes to an unhoused man in a wheelchair — before convincing a paparazzo to hand off his larger ones instead.
As for her love life, the “Last Thing He Told Me” star has been in an on-again, off-again relationship with Cali Group CEO John Miller since 2018.
