On Tuesday, Jennifer Lopez’s house-hunting spree continued as she toured a $22 million bachelorette pad in Beverly Hills, Calif.
The singer, 55, sported a white button-up top tucked into wide-legged, striped trousers as she viewed the property in photographs obtained by Page Six.
The Grammy nominee completed her look with sunglasses and hoop earrings, wearing her hair in a low ponytail.
Lopez’s outing comes days after she viewed a $68 million mansion over the weekend.
Notably, her husband, Ben Affleck, recently purchased a $20 million Los Angeles bachelor pad on Lopez’s 55th birthday amid rampant rumors the duo are head ing for divorce.
“Ben really likes his new home and feels hopeful about the change,” a source told Entertainment Tonight last week. “He wanted to move and be closer to [ex-wife] Jen[nifer] Garner and their kids.”
He and Lopez, who have been married since July 2022, first made headlines for living separately in June.
The songwriter remained in their $60 million marital home at the time, while Affleck, 51, resided in a rental.
The “Gigli” co-stars sparked speculation in June that they were selling their home when new photos appeared on Zillow, and it went on the market the following month.
The estranged pair have yet to speak about their relationship in recent months — besides Lopez slamming a reporter who dared ask about it.
However, Page Six reported in July that Affleck and the actress have been “over” since March.
A source told us on Monday that the Oscar winner has yet to file for divorce because he wants to “protect” his wife.

“She’s furious. He has humiliated her … because she made a big deal that he’s the love of her life,” the insider claimed. “She has not fully accepted it is over.”
Lopez and Affleck were previously engaged from 2002 to 2004, reconnecting in 2021.
During their time apart, Affleck wed Garner, with whom he shares Violet, 18, Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12.
As for Lopez, she has been married three other times to Ojani Noa, Cris Judd and Marc Anthony.
The dancer co-parents 16-year-old twins Emme and Max with the latter.
