Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are unloading some of their prized possessions amid their marital strife.
Page Six has exclusively learned that the couple is selling pieces of art from their $60 million home, which is also on the market ahead of their rumored divorce.
We hear collectors and interested buyers were purchasing “art and some pieces” that were “newly on sale” from Bennifer 2.0’s manse in early June.
Reps for the pair didn’t immediately return Page Six’s requests for comment.
The Grammy nominee, 54, and the Oscar winner, 51, purchased the expansive property last year, only to put it up for sale almost exactly a year later; however, a source claimed they wanted to unload the house because they were never happy with it.

The “Good Will Hunting” star has been staying in a rental property near his three children, Violet, 18, Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12, in Brentwood, Calif., and officially moved all his belongings out of his marital home in Beverly Hills while the “Jenny from the Block” singer was on a solo vacation to Europe.
She jetted off to Italy and France after deciding to cancel her tour, which was determined to be a ticket sales flop.
Upon her return to California, Lopez was photographed heading to Affleck’s office but was not captured interacting with him. The next day, she appeared tense as she made her way to Paramount Studios for work.
A source told Page Six exclusively in May that the “Air” actor had “come to his senses” about his and J.Lo’s marriage and planned to call it quits.
“If there was a way to divorce on grounds of temporary insanity, he would,” our insider shared. “He feels like the last two years was just a fever dream, and he’s come to his senses now and understands there is just no way this is going to work.”
The “Gigli” co-stars, who called off their first engagement in 2004 before reconciling in April 2021, married in Las Vegas in July 2022. They celebrated with a second, more lavish ceremony at Affleck’s Georgia estate the following month.
