How’s that for a high-low style statement?
Jennifer Lopez accessorized a particularly luxe look with surprisingly affordable jewelry for a screening of her new documentary, “The Greatest Love Story Never Told,” in LA Tuesday.
J.Lo fully embraced the “mob wife” aesthetic with her brown leather Saint Laurent tank top ($2,590), pencil skirt ($3,990) and slingback pumps ($1,090), which she layered beneath a floor-sweeping fur coat and teamed with a chocolate-colored crocodile Hermès Birkin bag worth around $30,000.
But her jewels only looked equally pricey; the “Can’t Get Enough” songstress added a pair of gleaming gold Melinda Maria button earrings ($78), along with a sculptural tube cuff ($85) from the same collection.

A Melinda Maria tennis necklace ($185) and bracelet ($98) finished off Lopez’s maximalist fashion moment.
Despite having plenty of precious jewels in her rotation — she even wore $2 million worth of diamonds and pearls at her wedding to Ben Affleck — the “Hustlers” star has been mixing in Melinda Maria’s more accessible designs for over a decade.
“I think the idea that [jewelry] has to be expensive to be cool [for you to] feel good in it is totally passé,” Maria told Page Six Style in 2023.

“We have stylists always say, ‘Oh my God, I love putting it on my client because it looks so expensive and they look amazing in it … but I don’t have to worry about if they lose it or not.’”
Indeed, Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez and Julia Roberts are among the many other stars who’ve stepped out sporting Melinda Maria pieces.
“I think that [they] choose it, really, because of the design. And then when they pick it up, they realize the quality is so amazing,” Maria told us.
