It took American Rapper, Cardi B whose real name is Belcalis Marlenis Cephus, just eight days after giving birth to her third child with her estranged husband Offset—whose real name is Kiari Kendrell Cephus—to resume her fitness routine.

She posted on her Instagram Story on Sunday night about how, during a 30-minute StairMaster session, she felt as like she was “dying.”

The happy mom emphasized that because she was still less than two weeks postpartum, she was simply doing cardio in the evening.“No heavy lifting, no weight, just straight stair master until next week,” she stated, adding that she would be working with a trainer soon.

The Grammy Award winner informed fans that she has experience with this, despite the fact that she was working hard just before her daughter was born.

“Remember ladies, this is my third baby,” Cardi, who had daughter Kulture in 2018 and son Wave in 2021, stated in the video. “With my other 2 babies I was still on bedrest on my first week postpartum.”

In a another video that Cardi posted on her Instagram Stories, she showed herself climbing 80 floors and burning almost 240 calories.

“Big thirty minutes on the stair master. . . ITS PERSONAL!!!!” the “WAP” rapper wrote. “Do you know you got 30 minutes?YAAAAASSSS [sic] THIRTY THIRTY.”
