Ben Affleck was busy filming his own movie as Jennifer Lopez walked the red carpet for “Atlas” Monday night.
The “Jenny From the Block” singer, 54, raised eyebrows when she attended the Los Angeles premiere of her new film by herself amid rumors that she and Affleck, 51, are headed for divorce.
However, the Oscar winner was photographed on the set of “The Accountant 2” that afternoon, a potential reason for his absence.
It’s unclear if he was wearing his wedding band, which he has been seen without in recent days.
While Affleck was filming, Lopez dazzled on the red carpet in a black-and-white two-piece set by Greta Constantine.
Although she left her massive green diamond engagement ring at home for the evening, she wore a silver wedding band in its place.
Despite missing the 8.5-carat rock, the “Marry Me” actress wasn’t lacking any sparkle as she accessorized with a 165-carat diamond-and-emerald necklace by Indian designer Manish Malhotra and matching drop earrings.
The couple, who wed in July 2022, first sparked split rumors in early May when Lopez attended the Met Gala solo despite being one of the event’s co-chairs.
At the time, a source told TMZ that Affleck could not attend fashion’s biggest night because he was busy filming the action movie across the country.
Soon after, the outlet reported that the pair were living separately, with Affleck staying at a house less than 30 minutes from their $60 million Beverly Hills mansion.
Hollywood insiders later told Page Six that the “Argo” actor was “house-hunting” in the Los Angeles area.
Meanwhile, Lopez was also recently seen touring homes without her husband.
We’re told Affleck has “come to his senses” about their “Gigli” co-star’s rekindled, whirlwind romance and knows they just aren’t compatible.
“If there was a way to divorce on grounds of temporary insanity, he would,” an insider told us hours before the “Atlas” premiere.
“He feels like the last two years was just a fever dream, and he’s come to his senses now and understands there is just no way this is going to work.”
Although neither has publicly spoken out about the state of their marriage, the “Hustlers” star “liked” a post about relationship red flags amid the rumors.
The post detailed qualities of a partner that often lead to unhealthy relationships, such as someone who “lacks integrity and emotional safety,” “doesn’t respect your time” and lacks “communication skills.”
The couple was engaged in the early 2000s before going their separate ways in 2004. After a few relationships in between, the pair rekindled their romance in April 2021 and wed just over a year later.
